NEW April 1, 2019, Alice Thompson is now an Agent for Dawson City Realty Ltd., a new Yukon Real Estate Agency to serve Dawson City.

 

 

I am posing here with Marj Eschak, a fellow Realtor with Coldwell Banker Redwood Realty.

This pictures was taken at the 2013 Gold Show on May 17th and 18th. We were under the mistaken belief that everyone with a local Dawson booth dressed up in period costumes... well we were the only both in period costume, but it was lots of fun and we got lots of compliments for dressing up.

I live locally in Dawson, and Marj came up from Whitehorse for the show, and made an appearance with the Showshoe Shufflers on Saturday afternoon(see pictures below).

I have been a Realtor since July 2005, having first earned my Realtor's license while living on Vancouver Island. I went on get my Property Management License in 2006.I worked successfully in a small community called Tahsis on the west coast of Vancovuer Island until summer of 2012, when I relocated to Dawson City

I obtained my Yukon Realtor's License on February 1st of 2013, and have been going strong every since.

I also took pictures and did small stories for the Klondike Sun over the winter of 2012/13, something I have very much enjoyed.

I have a background as a Webmaster and a Professional Photographer, skills I find very useful as a Realtor.
